The space has two conference rooms, a large open office space that also can be used as a flex space for events, a large break room, private office space, and a small reception area.

This project involved the creation of a space that allows new entrepreneurs to interact and develop their businesses in a space that incorporates all the necessities of running a business. The existing factory building space is enhanced by the use of metal for the stairs and railings.
