The Grain

These buildings contain first floor retail with three floors of commercial office building above.  Parking for the project is located beneath the entire site.  This mass timber structure, one of the first in the State of Wisconsin, creates a beautiful warm interior contemporary aesthetic.  The project has two separate buildings that are set back from the main street and separated from one another to create public outdoor spaces for the central downtown area of Delafield, Wisconsin.
