He and his team gently and cheerfully collaborated with us around the many design decisions. They were not only easy to work with, but we became friends through the process—an added bonus!
Kent has a deep understanding of how architecture impacts the feeling of the home, guiding us to expand ceilings here and lower them there, for example, reminding us that the home tells a story. He was passionate about fitting the house to the landscape so it feels like it belongs in its setting. The result knocked it out of the park.
We love our home, and sometimes visitors say it’s the prettiest house they’ve ever seen. A common comment is that it feels spacious and yet intimate, or longstanding and yet modern. We feel very fortunate to have a home designed by Kent and his team.”
