The former West Bend Manufacturing Building had sat vacant for over 20 years. JDI Architects, along with developer Hendricks Commercial Properties and Corporate Contractors Inc. transformed this 1940’s art deco building into a new apartment complex that has revitalized the riverfront area in West Bend.
Cast Iron Apartments
The apartments ranged from small studio units to multi-story, multi-bedroom units. The units and common spaces have a clean, contemporary look. An outdoor second floor courtyard with parking below provide a mix of public and private space.
This complex has a mix of unit sizes along with indoor and outdoor shared public spaces.
